Hanu Reddy were the realtors we used to sell our flat in Chennai. Mr Ashok Kumar and Mr Magesh assisted us in the various aspects of the selling process. The relationship started slowly but built up during the process as our requirements were fully understood. My wife and I cannot praise Mr Ashok Kumar and Mr Magesh highly enough for all the work they did for us, especially as we were NRI customers and not physically present during the time of sale. The two went out of their way to see the process through to a successful completion. Examples include interacting with Electricity board, buyers' lawyers, builders of the building, registrar's office, coordination with our accountant and much more. We are very happy with the services provided by Mr Ashok Kumar and Mr Magesh of Hanu Reddy. Simply put the two went over and above their call of duty to see through the sale.
