To introduce myself: I am a recent customer of yours. We sold a flat in Chennai through your agency.

I'd like to place on record my gratitude for the smooth way in which the transaction was concluded. Most of the credit for this goes to Mr A M Sundar, with whom I was coordinating.

I am actually based in Mumbai, while the property was based in Chennai. The property was also quite old (pre-1985).This meant that much of the paper work had to be concluded remotely, and also that much of the paperwork was missing. Mr Sundar had to make countless trips to many places and people to get the basic framework together. He did all this with great energy and efficiency. There were also complications in that my father died without a will. Hence, Mr Sundar consulted and guided us through all the procedures and did a fabulous job in bringing this to a closure. He has been extremely patient, polite and professional in his conduct. Even in the last day, when there was a hitch on the buyers Bank in processing the loan, Mr Sundar was persistent in closing the matter and stayed back till late night to ensure all the formalities were concluded. The sale itself was smooth post this.

I'd like to say that I am going to refer Hanu Reddy to other potential prospects, and part of the reason is the efficiency displayed by your organization and particularly Mr AM Sundar.

We have used HR’ services in the past and chose to rent through them again. Mr.Azhagiri and Mr. Sundar worked diligently to find the right tenant. They were thoroughly professional and transparent through the entire proceed. We had given them a month to secure a tenant and they have successfully managed to secure a tenant in 2 weeks. We would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in professional, courteous, transparent dealings.

The professional approach and the guidance and help given by Mr. Ashok and Mr. Sundar from the moment I called them to the closure of the deal is top class. I could once again experience the personal interest taken by the duo in ensuring that I landed with the best possible deal.
