Here I tried to provide my honest review and feedback about HanuReddy Realty and their executive Mr. Srinivasan. I recently bought one of the properties advertised by HanuReddy in Bangalore and I really liked their professionalism, honesty, and transparency. Mr. Srinivasan handled the entire transaction alone by himself and got all the required documentation without any delays, as I wanted to register the property in just 3 weeks’ time! He is a nice & humble person and was very kind, supportive, and showed adequate professionalism during the entire process (normally we don’t get to see these qualities). He worked day and night to make sure everything is done correctly and on time. I was a little skeptical when he told me in HanuReddy they don’t share the contact numbers of seller/buyer until we come into a formal agreement, I trusted them and continued. Later I realized how much it lowered the stress on my side and I could concentrate on other things. I personally think this is the best thing Hanu Reddy has adapted as part of their process! As I experienced, I strongly recommend HanuReddy for their overall professionalism and transparency. If I have to provide any suggestions, I would expect them to work more diligently on property documentation at their end.

Subramanian, the agent I engaged with, made all the difference. He is upright and upfront, disclosing things as he learnt about them, keeping me informed every step of the way and offering his reasoned judgement for all the recommendations he made to me. There are all kinds of unsavoury characters in the property business. But while interacting with Mr. Srinivasan, I was certain that everything was above board and that I was getting honest advice. If you get allotted Mr. Srinivasan as an agent, consider yourself lucky.
