I have been working with the following team for the last few years to resolve niggles and unknown issues with my properties with an eventual goal to sell them: Mr. Shiva Reddy (JV and DS) Mr. Kanmanisubbu (Senior Realtor - OMR Branch) ------ Buying a property is relatively easier than selling it! It can be very overwhelming with all the confusing paper work, terminologies (in English and TamilJ, unclear processes, conniving govt people and all the other issues. I do not have the patience, bandwidth and skills to out manoeuvre such people or systems and that is why I approached Hanu Reddy Realty team to test the waters. My initial consultations with them gave me the confidence that they will maintain good communication, not give me false promises and hopes and also follow up regularly while being open and honest about the process. After 2 years of ironing out the issues and looking for / negotiating with good buyers, we finally closed the deals successfully.
Special mention to the star Mr. Kanmani Subbu who worked closely with me during the entire process. HIs attention to detail, clever grasp of the processes (and pains!) involved, pro-active communication and prompt follow up helped close the deal and he was there till the last minute of the registration, ensuring there are no hiccups - and all this kept my anxieties away!
In summary, I would fully recommend going with them if you are considering sale of your house or land and are not well versed with how things work and/or have no support system to handle it all by yourself. You will not regret your decision!
