Mr. Ravi K Guturu has been an exceptional support to us. We have taken the entire decision to buy the property as an NRI without even physically seeing the place. Ravi is an extremely reliable broker and always transparent and trust worthy. We bought this place for our parents to stay during winter and he is helping us with interiors as well. My experience with Hanu Reddy Reality India Private Limited is excellent. Venu Mohan garu brought to us a very good party who bought our my flat. He ensured that all dealings in the transaction are transparent and correct. He has been excellent throughout our dealings. He explained very clearly regarding the necessary documentation, our role in the transaction and when and what we have to do. He is clear and sincere. He is very capably assisted by Uma Mahesh garu. The HR staff in the office helped us whenever we reached out to them for a clarification. Overall, I can say that I am very happy with my interaction with Venu Mohan garu, Uma Mahesh garu and the HR staff.
