I am an NRI.
We were wanting to sell our property in Mysore for the last 2 years but since we were not around & we didn't have anybody to take this responsibility, we kept waiting.
Luckily we got to know about Hannu Reddy Realty through my brother in law who successfully sold his flat in Chennai through them.
I immediately contacted them. The response was excellent.
A team from Chennai made a visit to Mysore & the ball started rolling.
It was to our luck that our case was handled by the vice president himself - Mr. Saisathish.
No words can explain the dedicated service he has put into this.
He took care of every small detail very professionally and was always there when I needed to talk to him from that distance, at times I had to disturb him at very odd hours due to the time difference but he was so ready to give me a feedback & to clarify all my anxieties.
I just sold the house last week.

I was very easy throughout the period only because you were taking care of the requirements of both the sides with equal importance without leaving any loose ends.
Thanks to God for showing such a nice, caring and pleasing personality to us through this deal. In fact initially, I was very upset that I am required to pay 2% as service charges. At the end of the deal I found money's real worth.

Dear all,
I must apologise for sending this appreciation mail so late.
I am writing this in great Appreciation of the services of Hanu Reddy and mainly about how my House sale ( KG Green Meadows, Adambakkam ) was handled so well by Mr. Sai Sathish.
I browsed the net before choosing Hanu Reddy and I am glad I did so, thanks to their Professionalism.
Mr.Sathish is very systematic in his handling of the entire deal, starting with the nicely taken Pictures for publishing in your website till the time of Sale Registration. Quite a few people had visited the house and he was always promising they he will find a right Buyer by the end of the contract and he delivered on his words. The first meeting with my buyer took place after we mutually agreed on the final Price over phone. The first meeting was handled very professionally like how we conduct our usual Official meetings. During this meeting Mr. Sathish was very clear about the points to be discussed and finalized and things to do by both the Buyer and myself. Since this the first Sale experience for me, I was little concerned that it should go well. But Mr.Sathish made the whole thing look simple.
We received the minutes of the meeting on the same night and it was very comforting to see that all details were well captured showing he has very good eye for Detail. This was followed by couple of more such meetings were we were checking status of progress made by both Buyer and Seller. He was always available for any queries I had and was giving clear directions on each step in the process such as documentation, approvals, etc. Being available always is one important aspect of Customer service.
I was impressed about the fact that he takes pain to get things moving by taking the burden on him. One such example is to obtain the EC of my house where he did it on his own paying money from his pocket, which I returned back much later.
It is common perception that generally Real estate agents are smart and cunning and we could be cheated easily. But with Hanu Reddy and Mr. Sathish the experience was totally the opposite. The entire transaction was handled warmly and with all open facts and commitments. What else can a customer ask from an Agent.
Overall, I am very happy that I dealt with Hanu Reddy and Mr.Sathish and would definitely recommend my Friends and Colleagues, which I have already started.
