Very professional approach and working from Hanu Reddy during the process of selling my house at Chennai. I am an NRI and I had a property to sell in Chennai. Not wanting burden my own relatives, I approached Mr. Shiva Subramanian, Vice President, at Hanu Reddy Realty for help. Mr. Subramanian agreed to represent me. Looking back, I think that was the best thing that could have happened to me. Mr. Subramanian and his onsite realtor Mr. Shenoth handled all aspects of the sale, from listing it in local newspapers, searching for prospective buyers in their own internal database, putting up sale signs around the property and deftly handling interested parties. Though the deal is done, Mr. Subramanian and Mr. Shenoth continue to help me with my own bank's demands as I try to repatriate the sale proceeds to USA. Overall, they have done a fabulous job from the beginning to the end. Without them, it would have been nearly impossible to sell the property.

At the outset, I would like to  appreciate your professional work in executing the rental deal. Though our association is dating back to several years, it is only this time, I happened to be in close-quarters with your way of functioning. I always held that “art of negotiation” is very crucial in a business. But now, I realize that “art of deliberation” is equally important, courtesy NMK’s team.
