I am happy to share my experience with the HRR team. Both Ravi and Manoj whom i worked with this property deal for the project deal were really commendable. They were well coordinated with the seller and kept me updating on a regular basis until the registration completion. It was pleasure to work with them and their commitment towards the project was really good. They handled the documentation work and site visits for bank officials, legal formalities with perfection and maintained excellent coordination throughout this project. Special note to Ravi, since he was coordinated well from the beginning to end process for this deal, a great job and i am thankful for his contribution to make this deal success. Mr. Manoj took care of every aspect, not just restricting to identifying a location and also the registration part, fixing the vendors for the registration. Taking support from Mr.Anand wherever required to ease the process with the landlord. A hassle free and trust worthy dealing. Would not look beyond Hanu Reddy, for any future requirement.
