Letter of Appreciation – of Hanu Reddy Realty (Chennai Wallace Gardens Office)

This is to express my sincere thanks and appreciation of the Vice President and staff of the Chennai (Wallace Gardens) Office in handling the sale of our father’s property at No.6, N Street, Kilpauk Garden Colony, Chennai- 10. We signed the agreement with Hanu Reddy Realty in January, 2020. Mr R.Mukkunthan, Vice President and his able assistant, Mr K.Meganathan took charge and worked hard to market the property during the difficult Covid period, 2020/2021. A suitable buyer was located and we closed on the sale with registration being completed on January 21, 2022.

What impressed us most about Mr Mukkunthan and Mr Meganathan is that they stood for the values that define Hanu Reddy Realty – integrity, transparency, and competency. My brother and I, (co-owners of the property) are Non-resident Indians with lots of questions and a basic understanding of India’s tax requirements. Mr Mukkunthan co-ordinated between three continents and time zones, untiringly briefed us on laws and procedures, and kept us informed of every offer that came. He arranged several Zoom calls by means of which we could clarify doubts, meet with potential buyers, and auditor. He formed a 6, N Street WhatsApp group through which we could all communicate. When a suitable buyer was found and the discussions had been concluded, he gave us a timeline leading up to registration in January 2022.

We are grateful for the services provided by Mr Mukkunthan and Mr Meganathan on behalf of Hanu Reddy Realty. As my brother, Dr C.Raghavan aptly put it, the team ‘went beyond the call of duty’ to help us open bank accounts and work on the process for the repatriation of funds. The Mukkunthan/ Meganathan team was professional in approach, and personal in dealing with clients. They were always available whenever we reached out to them.

Thank you, Hanu Reddy Realty and the Mukkunthan/ Meganathann team for a successful conclusion of the sale of the 6, N Street, Kilpauk Garden, Chennai property. We will certainly recommend you to our NRI friends and relatives. Wishing you the very best in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality While looking to buy a property in Chennai, we were recommended Hanu Reddy by a family friend and we got in touch with Mr. Mukunthan. Mr. Mukunthan worked very patiently with us, guided us in property selection, got us connected with the right property & seller profile, and put our mind at ease. After shortlisting a property, he also helped us find a good lawyer, Mr. Sathish who worked with us in validating the property documents, creating the sale deed and guided us all the way until registration. Mr. Mukunthan and his team were there every step of the way, and helped us complete the purchase. It wouldn't have been possible for us to go through with such a major decision hassle free without the absolute professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Mukunthan and Hanu Reddy team. Their 2% commission may be on the higher side, but it was worth it in the end, especially given the unreliable nature of most real estate brokers. Absolutely recommend Mr. Mukunthan and Hanu Reddy!
