My brother-in-law, living in the USA, was trying to see how to sell the apartment in Besant Nagar. His parents are old and have moved to senior living. Hanu Reddy became the main choice to handle the apartment sale. Anu and Radhika madam were entrusted to handle the process, which is laborious starting from photography, client visit, negotiations, selection/ meeting buyer, review of document by buyer's advocate, sale deed preparation, TDS, Receiving Payment, handover with keys, electricity, water, corporation, maintenance bill receipts, etc. Anu and Radhika madam worked extremely hard and ensured that the process is smooth. Their communication to both parties were vital to get through the long process. Their professionalism and honesty were great. Going through Hanu Reddy has made it way easier and we are completely satisfied with the services provided by Hanu Reddy.

We were looking for acquiring a property for our son and came across a posting of Hanu Reddy.Right from the presentation of Mr Sundar and the long interactions with Realtors Ms Anu and Ms Radhika, the transperancy was evident.While the deal took a longwhile till registration due to unexpected hassles, at every point, our frequent requirement for additional details and documents were met promptly by Anu and Radhika even if it's late night communications. Thanks to them.Dealings with them were smooth, prompt, professional and transperant,- overall tension free, culminating in happy ending for everyone. Good experience for us.
