Worked with Laxman-ji on apartment sale in Mysuru region. He helped us with getting apartment ready (cleaning, fixing, painting) post tenant vacancy, including arranging for a buyer. Extremely helpful as an individual. Had open 3 way communications with realtor seller and buyer. Process could’ve been faster based on their experience in dealing with multiple uncertainties including GPA, Building clearance certificates, etc and given strict timelines. Eventually pulled off the sale.
