My wife and I were looking for a 2-3BHK apartment in chennai and were walking along ranga road and saw a new construction. It was from Hanu Reddy and when I called Mr. Shantilal answered and setup some time to show us the place. He was very courteous and was on time. He showed around the apartment and explained every aspect of it. We liked it very much and we were asking him additional information on next steps etc. He then said he has another property that is already built and he'd like to show us. He then took us to this new property which was already built and it was a 2BHK. The vibe of this new place in Alwarpet was already amazing. It seemed like this new place was made for us. We loved it instantly and ended up buying it. Mr. Shantilal has this knack of exactly understanding what we needed and showed us the perfect house. Not only that he had to convince the owner that we are the best people for that place. He is one of a rare kind of people who treat us like his family and was patient with us throughout the process. Mr. Shantilal was punctual and professional. He helped us navigate through the entire process and was with us every step explaining everything clearly. Hanu Reddy Reality was professional from start to finish. We are glad we found Mr. Shantilal and feel it was meant-to-be. We highly recommend Mr. Shantilal and he will make your house buying/renting experience a professional and pleasant one.
