My husband and I met Amutha and Gautham during COVID. We wanted to sell a property quickly and at a reasonable price point. From the start, Amutha and Gautham were extremely flexible, always responsive no matter which time of day or night it was to our never ending list of questions. We were in 2 different geographical regions. They are the most hardworking people we have met. Truly passionate about their careers and their clients. They kept us informed from the start of our search all the way through post sale. They know the market, and provided the needed guidance on several sale related topics which was instrumental in our decision making.nnCommunication was very important with getting the paperwork ready, due to not being local we had limited time to close during our planned travel to India. They were excellent with communicating needs and next steps which helped to create a seamless transaction when we arrived.nnThey took care of the paperwork that was needed and made sure everything was ready. They travelled with us to the various offices to ensure the property close date was met and no surprises were found.nnThey are top notch and the best, especially when it comes to dealing with clients such as ourselves that are out of region.
