Hi, we had a property transaction in Murugesh palaya on Old Airport Road. From beginning to final registration we were given very clear details on property, and even with seller we had one to one meeting in Hanu Reddy realty office in Indiranagar. We were able to close the transaction ASAP. Project was Handled by Mr.Narender singh and Mr.Rakshith.

"As an NRI, dealing with real estate in Bangalore is a daunting task with challenges that almost feel insurmountable. Thanks to Kiran kumar, Vice-president of Hanu Reddy Realty BangaloreKiran’s thorough understanding of the market in India and familiarity with North American clients, we were able to navigate this with ease. Although the process appears painstakingly slow, Kiran's diligence, patience and calm attitude ensured that the deal was completed. His awareness of how transactions are completed in North America was very helpful as he could provide relevant comparatives and advice in a transparent manner. His thorough understanding of the process prior and subsequent to the closing/ registration of the property was very useful to ensure that we were asking the right questions in identifying and working with a Banker, Accountant and Lawyer all of whom play a very crucial role in the completion of a deal. He aso maintained communication along the entire process with regular updates on progress and potential roadblocks. His ability to understand the nature and needs of his clients is commendable. He clearly identified what we were looking for and worked with us to find a suitable prospect and filtered out the unsuitable prospects diplomatically. Unlike many stories we have heard from friends and family regarding the process, we travelled only once to complete the deal. Kiran managed most of the negotiations via zoom and with direct communications with the prospect himself. Thanks to Kiran’s planning and work ethic we managed to finish the registration of the deal in one week, looking back this looked impossible when we started the process. We were dealing with Rakshith at Bangalore for selling our20 year old apartment promoted by Brigade. It was a wonderful experience dealing with him as he was caring, prompt, took initiatives for promotion, guided prospects, visited site very often to rectify basics and govt offices for obtaining records with no delays. Our experience with Rakshit from Hanu Reddy Realty was truly delightful !! Our sellers were residing in a different city. Communicating the necessary information, engaging all of us, getting the required documents and personally handing over them to our legal advisor was commendable. It was all done in a month. I must say it would not have been possible without Rakshit's support. His calm demeanor, good communication skills, optimistic attitude often rubs off on others. I approached Hanu Reddy Realtor to sell my site near vidyanagar cross, Bengaluru. Rakshith from Hanu Reddy got in touch with me as the Realtor. I am extremely happy at the way he conducted the whole transaction right from getting a suitable buyer to closing the deal to the satisfaction of both the seller and the buyer. His whole approach was very meticulous and was able to get the necessary documents from the BBMP and also meet the buyer's banker to get documentation ready for registration. 40 days ... before that i was just a renter staying in a rented house and within 40 days because of Mr. Narender Singh & Rakshith i became the proud owner of a 3bhk.
