If you don't have time to read through my script, the short statement is JUST GO TO HANU REDDY AND GET THEM TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY, especially if you can have Rajesh and Srinath to sell it. I am an NRI based in Singapore and wanted to sell my apartment in Chennai. I could not have found a better agent than Hanu Reddy. I dealt with Rajesh K. and Srinath Chetty. They were just extraordinary and constantly kept me updated of progress or no progress. That is an extraordinary service when you are remote. The communication was excellent. We had a whatsapp group so that all were on the same page. There were ups and downs (any NRI should know that nothing is simple/clean in India) and Rajesh had the pulse on the ground. He arranged to view the documents in my lawyer's office, showed potential clients, dealt with one who made an offer and then backed out. Eventually they found the right buyer that I was happy to buy my place and enjoy it as much as my mother and I had of it. Rajesh liaised with the buyer to get the TAN approvals from the tax office. He took them to my accountant to iron to TDS issues. I landed a day before registration was to take place and it was all settled the next day. I signed the papers, the bank had its representative to hand me the cheque and it was all done!! Hanu Reddy would be the only agent i will deal with. Reliable, respected and professional.
