We were introduced to Mr Kiran Kumar through a friend in Feb 2023. After discussing in detail about our property st RMV second stage. We decided to list thro him. As we are NRI wanted our transaction as smooth and clear as possible. He always checked the background of potential buyers and got us involved only if he thought it would work out. He got us a very nice professional attorney in Feb 2024! During elections time we needed to procure EASSTHI a new document by BBMP. Kiran took care of all paperwork that was necessary. He is very soft spoken and gentle but a thorough Gentleman. He worked very well and the closing and registration was done this morning in Bangalore. Good thing we did not have to be there in person. Entire moneys were deposited to our account. We do have more property and possibly will be using him in future. Kiran thank you very much for the hard work.
