ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop trust and relationship with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Remain enthusiastic and have a fire to perform

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Willing to work for a Commission structure that provides unlimited earning potential.
- Own 2 or 4 wheeler for conveyance.
- Native of the city for 5 to 10 years.
- Good skills to communicate, present and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Service industry.
- 2 to 5 years' experience in Real Estate or BFSI Sector will be an advantage.
- Homemakers with no experience in the field,
but satisfy the other criteria mentioned above,will also be considered. - Basic knowledge to work on computer and the internet preferred.

We are hiring for the Business development Manager position for our venture SPP Gardens located at Maduravoyal, Chennai.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Generating leads and generating business for our Outdoor Hospitality Venue.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- To explore the business opportunities in an Organic and Inorganic way.
- Strengthening the organization brand and improving the visibility of the company.
- Engage in improving the client servicing levels (existing & new clients) in line with business strategies and goals. Responsible for Generating leads and managing a healthy pipeline, by meeting clients in person on a regular interval. Identifying potential business opportunities and initiating conversations about the company's services.
- Pursuing the prospective clients for conversion.
- Achieving the conversion ratio as per business strategies.
- Building and improving relationships with Clients & Trusted partners.
- Conducting events, Seminars towards brand building.
- Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
- Oversee Customer Relationship Management system.
- Tech savvy and high familiarity with Social media & professional Portals.

- Familiar with MS Office and Other relevant tools to do the job efficiently.

- Candidates from Hotel / Resort industry based experience are most preferable.

Software Developer Requirement
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(Comp.Sci) or Any graduate with good programming knowledge
- Experience: Min 2 years

Technical Knowledge:
Essential:
- Good Understanding towards Programming
- Knows how to write clean code
- Knowledge in PHP/MySQL
- Some knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS
Desirable:
- Experience with one of the PHP’s MVC framework
- Experience with WordPress
- Good experience with HTML/CSS/JS
Nice to have:
- Experience with git or other concurrent versioning system
