Hanu Reddy is the founder and President of Hanu Reddy Realty. The company was started in 1984 in California and later expanded to India in 1995 with one goal in mind - to deliver a superior client experience. Hanu focused on consistent performance and client satisfaction which remain the cornerstone of the company's philosophy. With a Masters in Construction Management from Stanford University and a bachelors in Civil Engineering, Hanu brought a technical understanding of Real Estate Sales that allowed him to excel in his career as a Broker. Our roots in the Real Estate Industry travel as far back as 1937 when our late chairman Mr. Raghava Reddy began his career as a contractor in Rangoon, Myanmar. Later he moved to Chennai and started Raghava and Veera Engineers & Contractors along with his brother, in 1957. He built a reputation for himself and went on to construct several notable projects including Shastri Bhavan and REC Trichy. Their company developed the prestigious neighborhood of Poes Garden, and even have a street named after them, Raghava Veera Avenue. Aside from construction, he also took an interest in horticulture and cultivated a mango orchard that has been with the family for over 60 years now.

Mr. Hanu Reddy, son of Mr. Raghava Reddy, first worked as a realtor in California, USA and opened his own firm in 1984. Seeing the success of his business, he brought the concept and practices of broking to Chennai and along with his Siblings started Hanu Reddy Realty India Pvt Ltd in 1995. The company has since brought transparency and respectability to the field of real estate brokerage and our legacy continues to grow.

And two months later we are already proud owners of both those properties, of which one is to become our second home in the Chennai, a cily we love.

On a final personal note - my wife and in lows, in a spur of an unplanned moment, happen to get invited for tea in Suresh's home. Instead we ended up with delicious mango juice and a fine hospitality: realy LOVED their family: and the beautiful larger Reddy family. I feel we have what I believe is a sprout of a friendship, that could blossom into a lifeline friendship.
